The new Fezz Audio Equinox Vacuum Tube DAC’s DAC was designed by Łukasz Fikus and relies on the Texas Instruments PCM1794A chipset for conversion with a pair of 12AU7s in the output stage for some extra glow while a Fezz Supreme class toroidal power transformer provides clean quiet power.
Ins and outs include USB, Coax, and 2x Optical with a single set of single-ended RCAs to carry the analog output to your hifi of choice. A Signal Ground switch helps eliminate potential ground-related noise.

Buffalo, NY, November 15, 2024 — Bluebird Music, distributor of high-performance audio products since 2000, is pleased to announce the availability of the new Fezz Audio Equinox Vacuum Tube DAC empowered by Lampizator.
Equinox is the world’s only Lampizator licensed vacuum tube D/A converter designed by Łukasz Fikus. It is also the most affordable D/A converter available with the Lampizator logo.
Equinox is based on PCM1794 chipsets and 12AU7 vacuum tube. Fezz/Toroidy engineers designed a dedicated, highest quality Supreme class toroidal power transformer for Equinox’s power supply.
The device is equipped with 2 Toslink, 1 coaxial and 1 USB digital signal inputs and one set of RCA outputs. Thanks to the easily accessible tube housing, located under the sliding glass door on the top panel, Equinox offers users the opportunity to tailor the sound to taste by easily swapping in different 12AU7 tubes.
