OK, it’s a photo gallery. Extravaganza just sounded more exciting!

Here are some of the things I spied at High End Munich 2019 that captured my attention mainly because they strike me as being in need of further examination in Barn (some exceptions where noted). Warning: not everything I found interesting is new.

Many moons ago, I walked into a NYC hifi shop with a person/reviewer I had just met. We were there to hear the just-arrived-from-Germany Auditorium 23 loudspeakers.

It’s difficult, at least for me, to make appointments during show hours because time at the massively massive and heavily crowded High End Show is dear and I prefer to wander where my interests take me.

My father and I had our differences, who doesn’t with theirs?, but our meeting place, the thing that always brought us together, was hifi and music.

Back in may of 2018, British hifi company SME purchased the Garrard Audio brand. This strikes me being totally. . .cool.

My Axpona laundry is nearly done, most of the Schaumburg has worn off the souls of my shoes, and my bag is unpacked and ready to be re-packed for the big trip over an ocean and a sea.
