Distributor/Dealer Bill Parish of GTT Audio lives and works 13 miles from the Barn yet the only time I see him is in other rooms in other cities.
Among the brands GTT carries, Bill brought along a relatively simple small system to CAF 22 featuring the YG Acoustics TOR Stand Mount Speakers ($10,500/pair + $1500 for TOR Stands), part of YG’s PEAK Series, an Audionet WATT Integrated Amplifier ($18,800), and the Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC ($13,500) which will be headed to the Barn for a long term stay (but don’t tell anyone) fed by the Auralic ARIES G2.1 Streamer ($5699) all wired with cable from Kubala-Sosna.
I’ve heard more than a few YG speakers at shows and they seem to have a clean, clear, clarity coupled with plenty of slam. I’ll be giving one the floor standers from the PEAK Series a closer inspection in Barn some time in the not too distant future.
