Rich Pinto of Treehaus Audiolab never fails to delight the eyes with his unique looking gear and after spending review-time with his The Preamplifier & 300B-2 SET Amplifier (review), I am happy to report they’re also a delight for the ears.
For Axpona 2026, Treehaus re-imagined their 300B-4 monoblock amplifier as a rack-mounted stack. From the press release:
At AXPONA 2026, we will be presenting a complete Special Projects commission to attendees. Our 300B-4 monoblock amplifier has been reimagined as a rack mounted enclosure, with a pair of Hypex Class-D amplifiers below to power the Treehaus Audiolab Phantom of Luxury Loudspeakers.

Treehaus Audiolab Introduces “Special Projects” Line of Bespoke Products at AXPONA 2026
April 4, 2026—Treehaus Audiolab is proud to introduce an expansion to our product offerings, which we are classifying as Special Projects. Special Projects includes custom builds of our electronics, along with the audio furniture to support it. Our goal is to create a sonically and visually spellbinding experience.
At AXPONA 2026, we will be presenting a complete Special Projects commission to attendees. Our 300B-4 monoblock amplifier has been reimagined as a rack mounted enclosure, with a pair of Hypex Class-D amplifiers below to power the Treehaus Audiolab Phantom of Luxury Loudspeakers. Our Finemet MC SUT has been reconfigured with multiple inputs and ratios via a careful arrangement of custom Seiden switches. A simple MC SUT thus becomes tonearm mission control.
A steel tower with walnut shelving houses the award-winning Treehaus Audiolab Preamplifier, the LCR Phono Preamplifier, and a field coil power supply. In the top position, a device we simply call “The Gadget:” a VU graphic display utilizing a cathode-ray tube display.
Due to the custom nature of Special Projects, pricing is available upon request. Special Projects furniture is customizable and available on its own.
Visit us in Room 1422 to experience the full suite of Treehaus Audiolab speakers and amplification products. Special guests joining the room will our friends from Iconoclast Cables, Imersiv, and DaVa Field Coil Cartridges.
