If there’s one thing every audiophile agrees with, it’s the importance of the room.
No? Try setting up your hifi in a glass house.
And thanks to my pal Darko, I feel as if I know the acoustic treatments from Portugal’s Vicoustic inside and out.
One of the things that drew me into this press release announcing Vicoustic’s (large) new factory in Paços de Ferreira, Portugal was the company’s focus on sustainable practices, such as solar panels, reduced consumption, and minimized waste through the reuse of leftover materials for packaging. Bravo!
What’s more, some of company’s products are made from recycled materials, including VicPET Wool, made primarily from ocean-rescued plastic bottles. Bravo!!
As regular readers know, I like supporting companies I respect and Vicoustic offers a lot to admire.
