Canton’s all-new generation of their Vento Series borrows some tech from the Reference Series and puts it into a more affordable package.
That’s a Vento family photo showing (from left) the Sub 1, Vento 21, Vento 81, Vento 101, Vento 91, Vento 31, and Vento 51. Matching stands are available for the bookshelf speakers and the line comes in Black High Gloss and White Semi-Gloss finishes at standard pricing with a Walnut real wood veneer finish offered “at a modest additional cost.”
Upgrades for the new Vento Series include new ATB (Aluminum Titanium Black) bass and midrange drivers, a new Black Ceramic (BC) tweeter with a redesigned Transmission Front Plate, and new “Acoustically Engineered” cabinet. All new. The floorstanding models offer a downfiring bass reflex system that “specifically incorporates the proximity to the floor” for even room dispersion while the standmounts sport a rear-firing bass reflex port.

Canton Introduces the New 2026 Vento Series
Completely Redesigned for a More Natural Musical Experience
Buffalo, NY – August 31, 2026 — Bluebird Music is pleased to announce the new 2026 Canton Vento Series, an all-new generation of one of Canton’s most popular loudspeaker families.
For decades, the Canton Vento Series has brought much of the design philosophy and engineering excellence behind Canton’s flagship loudspeakers to a more accessible range. The new generation delivers a smoother, more natural, and more engaging musical presentation while preserving the clarity, precision, and dynamics that have long defined the Vento Series.

New ATB Drivers
At the heart of the new Vento Series are Canton’s new ATB (Aluminum Titanium Black) bass and midrange drivers. Their exceptionally rigid construction minimizes unwanted resonance, preserving the natural tonal colors and textures that make voices and instruments sound believable rather than merely detailed.
An Acoustically Engineered Cabinet
The new multi-layer cabinet, curved profile, and asymmetrical midrange chamber reduce unwanted resonance and standing waves. By allowing the drivers to operate with less interference from the enclosure, the new cabinet contributes to cleaner midrange reproduction, more precise imaging, and a broader, more convincing soundstage.
BC Ceramic Tweeter
Canton’s Black Ceramic (BC) tweeter works with the redesigned Transmission Front Plate to control high-frequency dispersion throughout the listening room. The result is finely resolved, natural treble and a wider, more stable stereo image in which voices and instruments occupy clearly defined positions within the recording space.

Low-frequency performance also benefits from Canton’s Wave Surround Technology and DC Technology, which work together to deliver deep, articulate bass while minimizing distortion. Rather than simply producing more bass, the new Vento preserves the pitch, texture, and dynamics that make bass instruments sound realistic.
Every improvement ultimately serves the same objective: reducing the audible contribution of the loudspeaker itself and allowing more of the character of the original performance to come through.

Prices range from $2,495 for the compact Vento 21 bookshelf speaker to $9,495 for the flagship Vento 101 floorstander. ($3,195 and $11,495 Canadian respectively.)
