Standing, Tiki totem-like, the Muraudio SP1 Electrostatic Loudspeakers ($19,500/pair in standard finishes) integrates Muraudio’s high output continuous curve projected point source ESL panel with bespoke custom designed six inch aluminum cone drivers.
That’s a Hegel H390 Integrated Amplifier ($6000) driving the 86 dB (1W/1m) SP1s and the sound of music made by this simple combo was, as you might expect, open, airy, and electrifying in some ways similar to the original Quad 57s which is a very high compliment according to my book of hifi history.
