I first saw a lovely AVID Acutus turntable up close and personal way back in 2006 and remember thinking—nice design! That first impression still holds to this day so I am thrilled to see AVID’s line of ‘tables available once again in the USA thanks to Focal Naim America.
The current AVID line of ‘tables runs deep, totaling eight turntables ranging in price from $1999 for the Ingenium Plug&Play (pictured up top) to the top of the line Acutus Classic at $33,999 which includes AVID’s Nexus tonearm & Reference Ruby cartridge.
